The goal is simple: make a place where a planner can host the offsite, fundraiser, birthday, or watch party without choosing between a polished event and a genuinely social one.

The Upper Court sits above an 18-court indoor pickleball facility, giving groups a built-in activity layer without losing the polish of a private event.
Food + Drink
A full bar is active now, curated catering partners support events, and an in-house kitchen is launching soon.

The 40,000+ square foot facility is designed for corporate teams, fundraisers, watch parties, birthdays, leagues, first-timers, and regulars sharing the same address.
